My passion is to support our clients in implementing solutions that attract, retain and motive talent in their organization. I focus on blending my experience, best practice and business understanding to build human resource solutions that drive business performance.

I draw on close to ten years of experience as an HR professional in both manufacturing and service based organizations. I have extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources including performance management, recruitment, training and compensation.

My formal education includes an Honours Bachelor of Sociology Degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Human Resources Management Diploma from Sheridan College. I also hold my CHRP and Compensation Professional designation.
