I believe that wearing the hat of a Human Resources professional is a complex yet critical component of a successful business strategy. HR professionals are advocates for both the organization and the people who work within it and it takes a constant balancing act to meet both needs successfully and professionally. I embrace this philosophy.

I have had the opportunity to work within several HR capacities over the past 8 years and bring personal experience working primarily within small to mid-sized organizations, most recently within the clinical research/pharmaceutical arena. I am very passionate about providing start-up HR expertise as well as helping organizations manage their way through their specific challenges related to the ever evolving workplace.

Formally, my educational background combines a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as a Post Graduate Human Resource Management Diploma from Sheridan College. I possess my Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation.
