What drives me? Knowing I can make a positive change in our client organizations.

This started when I was very young. I grew up in a family business and I witnessed the joys and the heartbreaks, the passion and the uncertainty. Throughout it all, I gained a true appreciation for the value of Human Resources and the critical role it plays in the success of a small firm.

My experience in entrepreneurship is strengthened with my management experience in both small and large organizations and, more importantly, extensive human resource consulting, business and leadership experience. In addition to this, I have a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Management and Organizational Behaviour from Wilfrid Laurier University.
