I love to work with people. That’s what propelled me to pursue a career in Human Resources. Whether I’m working on recruitment, policy development or organizational development initiatives, I enjoy collaborating with different people to find solutions that ensure a happy workforce and assist organizations to meet their objectives.

I draw on over ten years of recruiting and recruitment management experience across different industries for many different roles. In my recruitment work, I am committed to providing a positive candidate and client experience while finding the right fit for both. I enjoy coming up with new sourcing strategies as well and innovative solutions to all my clients’ recruitment needs. I also have experience in training, performance management and HR Administration.

I graduated with a Bachelor Degree from the University of Western Ontario as well as the Post Diploma Human Resources Management Program from Sheridan College.
