Due to the terrific growth of Guelph Soccer it became apparent that the Club needed to review the organization to address the needs of its members so that it can truly become a "centre of soccer excellence". The Club selected the Kirwin Group to perform a complete organizational review with recommendations on how to move forward to meet our goals. We found the team to be extremely thorough and professional in addressing our needs. They went above and beyond our expectations with the project and their patience and empathy in dealing with a not for profit organization was outstanding.
